Rotary Shears

A modern solution for blanking circles directly from metal coils, eliminating the need for traditional presses and dies.

• Handles up to 5 mm thick mild steel

Tumble Roto Blast Machine

The Tumble Roto Blast Machine is designed for cleaning, descaling, and surface finishing of small and medium-sized castings, forgings, and fabricated components.
It ensures uniform cleaning through a continuous tumbling action and high-speed blasting system. The machine is highly efficient, durable, and ideal for batch production where consistent and thorough cleaning is required.

Features:

• Blast Cabinet:
  The cabinet is made of heavy-duty steel plates reinforced with structural steel members for strength and durability.
  The walls and roof are lined with mild steel liners or optional 11–14% austenitic manganese steel liners for extra wear resistance and longer life.
  

• Roto Blast Unit:
  The Roto Blast assembly consists of a housing, bearing unit, replaceable wear liners, and blades.
  Each blast wheel has eight high-efficiency blades with a radial lock design for maximum cleaning performance.
  

• Barrel Heads: Fabricated from steel plates, fully protected with wear-resistant liners for long life.

• Conveyor Belt: Rubber belt for smaller models (up to TMR-400) and steel flights for higher capacity models.

• Links: Made of single-piece alloy cast steel, case-hardened and stress relieved for durability.

• Sprockets: Constructed from alloy cast steel, case-hardened for strength and long service life.
