The System

On Line Rotary Shearing System consists of following machinery

The Principle

The principle of Shearing Circles is by Online Rotary Shearing Method-that is, While the sheet is held rigidly, a pair of cutters rotate around the cutting tool and produce a perfect circle. Online Rotary Shearing can be done in a single row or in a double row, where two numbers of Online Rotary Shears are placed diagonally opposite to perform Zig-Zag Blanking

Hydraulic Decoiler and Hydraulic Straighter are provided to decoil and straighten the coiled sheet.
After circle blanking by the On Line Rotary Shears, Hydraulic Cut Off Shear cuts off the scrap.

• Blanking of circles out of Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum & Other non-ferrous materials from coils, eliminating the need to make squares and hence the elimination of Guillotine Shears, Presses and Blanking Tools.

• Blanking of larger Dia Circles up to 1500mm, which is otherwise is very difficult to produce from presses, which should be of high capacity & huge Blanking Tooling.

• Blanking of Circles in two / three rows in a jig-jag position, there by effecting a saving of 7% / 10 % on material.

• Substantial Reduction in manpower by eliminating operations like shearing, Press Blanking & Intermediate Material movements.

• Simplicity in operation & maintenance compared to huge press & press tool maintenance.

• Low Power Consumption because of revolutionary Rotary Shearing Principle, when compared to high power consuming shears & presses.

• Cost saving of 7% on material & other savings on Labor, Power material handling, material price etc.

  
  High Productivity up to 8 circles per minute

Three Row Model Online Rotary Shearing system shall have the following additional advantages over Two
Row Model System

• The Material saving shall be over 10% because of Zig-Zag Shearing of 3 circles at a time.
  

• The Productivity increases by 50%, when compared ot Two Row System
