General Specifications

• Blast Cabinet: Blast Cabinet is fabricated out of Steel Plates reinforced with structural steel members. Cabinet walls & roof are lined with Mild Steel Liners / 11 to 14% Austenitic Manganese Steel Liners as optional barrel Heads are lined with wear resistant liners for long Life.

• Roto Blast: The Roto Blast unit consists of housing, bearing unit, Wear resistant replaceable liners, blades etc., The blast wheels are equipped with eight blades with radial lock design for optimum efficiency. The Blast Wheel design consists of replaceable wear resistant impellor and control cage for easy external adjustment of blast angles.

• Elevator: Bucket Elevators are provided with abrasive transfer from screw at boot section to the hopper. An Independent heavy duty drive is provided.

• Dust Collector: Each machine is provided with filter cloth bag / pulse jet filter dust collector with suitable dust exhaust fans.

• Screw Conveyor: Screw Conveyors are provided in the Blast Chamber to Transfer the spent abrasive to the elevator boot section.
  
  

• Mill Construction:
  Barrel Heads - Steel Plate Construction fully protected with wear resistant long life liners.

  Conveyor Belt - Rubber Belt for models upto TMR - 400 and Steel flights for higher size models.

  Links - Single Piece Alloy Cast Steel Material Case Hardened & Stress Relieved.

  Sprockets - Alloy Cast Steel, Case Hardened.
